2. Exchange & Disputes
In case of any dispute, Xenial only offers exchange (no refunds), under the following conditions:
- Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery
- The received product differs from the original order
- Items must be unused with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact
📩 Customers must provide:
- Clear images of the defective product
- Outer packaging images (mandatory) before discarding

Xenial will review each case individually. Once approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement of the same product, OR
- Provide a store credit (coupon) of equal value (valid for 60 days)
⚠️ No claims will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
3. Customer Responsibility
- The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information (name, address, contact details)
- The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct product, size, and variant before placing an order
- Orders placed are considered final and made in good faith

- Xenial does not store your payment details
