Returns + Exchanges

At Xenial, we strive to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is faulty, damaged, or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

Once approved, our team will arrange a replacement of the same product or equal value.
🚚 Note: Customer will bear shipping & handling charges for exchanges.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Discounted / Sale items
- Stitched or altered products
- Unstitched fabric once stitched
- Wedding wear / couture items
- Luxe fabric
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them (for prepaid orders only)
- No refunds will be issued
- Instead, a store credit (coupon) of equal value will be provided (valid for 60 days)
Xenial reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Quality issues
- Payment failure
- Technical errors

- Orders are processed only after confirmation

- If we are unable to confirm your order, it may be automatically canceled
